So, this is a bit awkward… this post is about.. 1-2 months late… oops? Things have been super crazy lately and I really wish that I had a better excuse other than life happened but it did and that’s all I got. Anyways, I’m back with a HAUUUUL! A while ago, Coco and I actually went to a Book Fair and got a few goodies.
The Sun and Her Flowers by Rupi Kaur / Her. by Pierre A Jeanty / Milk & Honey by Kupi Kaur
Fun Fact: Coco is obsessed with poetry books! So, you can guess whose books these are. 😉
These last two books were actually a surprise purchase from me. Going into the book fair I was certain that I was only going to buy 1 book and that book was going to be Shaira Luna’s Playing Long After Us which I obviously did not get to buy (let’s save that story for another blog post). I ended up with Men Without Women by Haruki Murakami & Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë. Murakami is definitely one of my favourite authors and I was so happy to finally have this novel. As for Jane Eyre, it was a complete impulse buy! I’m not even surprised that my “control” only lasted for about 10 minutes into the book fair. Oh well, whatchu gonna do right?
