Lately, I have been watching Netflix a lot. I watch while getting ready for work (if there aren’t new podcasts for me to listen to.) when I get home from work, on the elliptical machine in the gym, or even when I am washing the dishes. I have really been loving it, which is a surprise ’cause I used to not watch any shows. Shocking right? That is why I what to share with you guys the shows that I have been loving.
I am assuming most of you guys know Friends. If not then you need to go watch it right after you read this post. I am mentioning this first ’cause I am on my 3rd repeat of this show. 4th if you count the time I used to watch it on the telly with my dad. I just love the relationship of the whole group. No matter how many times I have watched this show, I still find it so funny. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of this show. I. LOVE. IT.
Bates Motel is a psychological horror drama that is about an overprotective mom named Norma and her messed up son Norman(you’ll get what I mean when you watch the show. The boy is cray).
I’m gonna be honest with you guys. I don’t know why I like this show so much. After every episode, I am left with so many questions that I end up binge watching it. I just love the mystery of the whole show. I totally recommend it.
The Goblin is a Korean fantasy romance drama. It is about a goblin who is hundreds of years old (but he looks good af) who is looking for his goblin bride so he can die BUT when he found his bride, he didn’t want to die anymore ’cause he fell in love.
If you don’t like fantasy dramas then you won’t like this show but I love it! If I am not mistaken this is the ONLY Korean drama that I watched while it was still ongoing. It was definitely a struggle having to wait for every episode to come out. I had so many emotions while watching the show and until now when I hear any of the songs I remember from the show my emotions still get triggered.
Another Korean drama alert! Love Rain is the first Korean drama I really loved. It is set in two generations and there are two love stories that are interconnected. I have to admit the first few episodes can be boring for some because it was supposed to be set in the 70’s. If you power through those few episodes to get to the present times (by present I mean 2012 I guess ’cause that when the show came out) it’s so ahhh! I can’t even put it into words. I just love it! You should watch it. Or not. I don’t know. It’s your choice.
I’m not sure if you guys will know Full House ’cause it’s so old. I’m talking 1987 old. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were literally babies at the start of the show. Anyway, it is a sitcom about a family who just lost their mom and the dad, Danny, asked his friend, Joey, and his brother-law, Jesse to help him raise his 3 kids–Dj, Stephanie, and Michelle.
I am obsessed. It is so funny and baby Michelle is just so cute. She definitely is my favorite character. And did I mention how young and handsome John Stamos looked back then? You won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to watch its spinoff “Fuller House”.
